Vision Looky OS is proprietary software owned by Need Eye Exam PLLC. This software is licensed, not sold. By using this software, you agree to the following terms:

• You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or decompile this software.
• This license is non-transferable and revocable at the discretion of the licensor.
• Unauthorized use may result in legal action and termination of license.

All data processed by this software is stored locally on the USB drive. No personal data, patient records, or API keys are transmitted to Need Eye Exam PLLC servers. Third-party AI services (when configured) are subject to their own privacy policies.

• Patient data never leaves the local device unless explicitly sent via AI features.
• API keys are stored only on the USB drive in plaintext — secure your drive accordingly.
• Users are responsible for compliance with HIPAA and applicable regulations.
